Worse than you can imagine.
Lobby area was filthy with food items and empty bags. Room phone jack was broken not working. Coffee pot missing and no items for coffee. Carpet and chair were filthy. Front desk staff not professional. Maids lounging near entrance to lobby. Would never stay here again and have advised others of the same. Too many items in disrepair to mention but I don’t believe this would meet Wyndham standards. I have worked in the Hospitality industry for 24 years and I have never experienced such a mess prior to this stay.

Needs Renovation
The place needs to be renovated. I had no soap. I asked for non smoking the room it smelled of smoke.windows we’re filthy. Some of the lights were not working Me and a few others were trying to check out and there was no one at the front desk.

Could be worse....but
We waited in the lobby for 15mins to be able to check in, no one around. Once arrived, clerk couldn't locate the reservation by name, had to have the confirmation #. While legal in private setting, the marijuana smell from the courtyard was abundent. The property is hopefully undergoing renovations as the light switches were broken, first light didnt work, had to pin the curtains closed, no soap was provided & no i didnt ask for any. We saw & killed one roach on the wall before we left.

Unsatisfactory room rental.
I reserved a smoke free room, they didn't have one when we got there, so we took a smoking room it wasn't good. The sink and the tub didn't have a stopper. The carpet where it meets the bathroom floor was ripped up and wasn't clean. The ice machine was not working and the pool had no water in it. The building is old and needs to be cleaned up.

Disappointing Stay
The room cleanliness was very good but we were supposed to get free breakfast- restaurant was replaced with chinese buffet. Also the pool was not filled. Only 1 lamp in the room worked. The TV worked but only got one channel. Please update the hotel description so guests know what type of stay they will have.
