The team made it a memorable stay. Thank you.
The check-in desk was fantastic. Also noticed how friendly and accommodating the other team members were all around the resort. From holding the doors to pushing the elevator buttons, it didn't feel like a normal hotel where everyone minds their own business. Everyone seems friendly and a willingness to be helpful in a very noticeable way. I need a special request and a last minute change to add an additional day to stay and the front desk found a way to make it happen in a way that made it incredibly easy on me and my family. Thank you I think his name was Kay or was it Tay? Thanks, dude for making our one-day layover stay into a memorable two-day stay at your resort. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Vegas.
