Excellent idea, extremely poor execution.
Pros: Very clean and modern! Cons: Zero silverware, if you plan to cook you will have to eat with your hands. Room was quite warm! We kept trying to turn it down, but it was set and wouldn't change or lower. Not close to anything interesting, or you would want to see. These things were annoying but the worst part was the NO COMMUNICATION. They have a phone in the room to call 99 if there's an issue- it just rang and rang. They have a phone number on their app to call them- it just rang and rang. At one point we and our car got stuck in the garage elevator! Both the garage doors were shut, an alarm was going off, and we had no way out for us or our vehicle! We called and guess what? NO ANSWER. Eventually the garage door just opened, but that was a scary moment. I messaged them on the HOTELS app, and finally they messaged back, no apology, just asked if we were using their parking garage and if so I needed to pay for it- which I reminded them it says FREE PARKING on hotels.com. So stay here if you want zero communication, even when there's issues aplenty!

Okay place
Going in the parking garage was little hard. You have to have a code to open the garage door to the elevator to your car. Kind of challenging but once you’re in, your car is secure. The only silverware supplied was two forks, no spoons nor knives. No English language TV channels.

Basically a brand new building on the inside and out. There is a coffee bar inside the hotel. It is self service, which is nice, but it creates a hassle to get the building code. No working A/C in our unit, which is huge when it’s 100 degrees in Budapest. Pretty overpriced for what they provide, and no A/C makes it a night I wish I could’ve skipped.

Nice stay close to Szechenyi thermal baths
New automatic building with a cozy coffee place downstairs. It is quite close to the Westend Shopping Center and Szechenyi thermal baths. Also, public transportation is very developed in the city, so you can reach any place without any problem

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι στείλαμε μέιλ στον ιδιοκτήτη για ένα θέμα που προέκυψε και δεν πήραμε ποτέ απάντηση, επίσης δεν ήρθαν ποτέ να το καθαρίσουν όσο μέναμε εκεί και η δυνατότητα να ζητήσουμε καθαριότητα μέσω εφαρμογής δεν λειτουργούσε.
