Convenient location but not a 4 star hotel
The staff were super friendly and accommodated our early check in. The room is small but it offers a nice high ceiling and it was clean. Location wise, it is very close to the main train station and a 15+ min walk to all the major attractions in Florence. I don’t know if it’s only my room that was affected, the shower water pressure was SO low, the towel heater didn’t work, the bathroom was super small and awkward, you can’t adjust the temperature in the room so you are either burning in a furnace or if you turn off the heat, you’ll freeze. The breakfast is whatever but the staff makes delicious cappuccinos and expressos. They do have an elevator so that is helpful. We didn’t make any complaints to the front desk because we were too tired from our adventures.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the station, and a 15 minute walk into the centre of Florence. Check-in was a little abrupt, but I had a lovely room (with a view) and everything was well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent - a good choice and welcoming staff. Previous comments about the aircon are accurate: you can't have the curtains closed and the aircon on. This could be easily resolved with with shorter curtains...

Impressive entrance and lobby. Friendly multi lingual check in staff. Quick check in. Luggage storage. Large room, big bathroom with powerful rainfall shower. Fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Very close to the train station, but you won't hear the trains (you might hear the trams out front alright). Within walking distance of the main sights. Would recommend.
