When we got to the hotel our rooms weren't read. Checkin is at 4pm and we didnt receive out rooms until 5:15pm. After a long day you expect an apology or some sort of acknowledgment but the lady at the front fesk when asked about the rooms said 'this is not her problem' she was extremely rude and not at all helpful. No apology was given. As well as if I didnt inquire about my room noone would've let me know the rooms were ready.

Great time in st Lucia
We had an amazing trip to Bay Gardens Marina Haven. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to many things and the Bay gardens al see I had a shuttle bus which dropped us off in Rodney bay and at local restaurants! We felt safe in St Lucia
