Stayed one night, had basic amenities. Situated One block from homeless shelter. One of the chairs was broke in the room, shampoo and body wash was empty in the shower, there was no soap for the washing machine and it was extra to park onsite. I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get.

Pleasantly surprised at the size of the one bedroom- nice kitchen with view. Only improvement would be to have paper towels or dish towels available as we had to use bath hand towel in the kitchen. I called down and was told there were no paper towels which I found odd. Also extra blanket or throw would have been nice.

Unit 314 - not maintained. The bathroom sink was clogged, The toilet seat was broken, lights out over the vanity and the kitchen sink was missing the drain basket. But staff was very nice and helpful with check in and knowledgeable about how to access the building and doors to garage.

Nice room with all the space we needed for a three day stay in Nashville. Washer and dryer was an unexpected plus. This is more like an Apartment than a hotel. Really nice gym. Pool and outdoor areas were very nice. The only drawback I saw was coffee. They provide Nepresso pods. I’m not a fan. There is a full kitchen so a coffee maker would be nice but that is a minor issue.
