It was excellent

Covid-19 restrictions made it difficult to enjoy our stay and feel welcomed.

Staff was always nice & very helpfull. Overall staff was very good keeping things clean as well. Property location was good and easily accessable. Only complain I have is the property condition. We stayed on 1st floor and our room had a cheater door in between the two rooms and that caused even a small noise coming through the room. I wish room was more sound proof. Overall good experience staying at this hotel.

The rooms were very clean! The breakfast was included but because of this virus the area was closed but they give us a box of food! That includes: orange jus, muffin, 1 boiled egg , cheese, fruit salad, yogurt ! The hotel is close to a few restaurants!

I didn't like my stay at the hotel. There was no cleaning service during my stay. I didn't like the rooms as the pictures are not revealing the true look of the rooms.

It was amazing

We visited this hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic and that hs influenced our perception. The hotel is easy to find being just off the main highway (#40). Check in was courteous but since the main door is a one way in only, you have to find another exit to come back to the entrance from outside to bring your bags in. There are 2 elevators, 1 is for going up and the other for coming down. We found it generally quicker to go down by the stairs. The room was clean and spacious.The internet was easy to hook up to and once hooked up you had 24 hours before having to log in again. Since it is not secure you are better off to disconnect manually when not using the internet. The air conditioning is effective and quiet. The windows do not open so the AC is required. The bed is firm and comfortable. The pillows were not to our liking, they are very firm foam pillows, and while there are 4 of them I think they could provide 2 feather pillows. The reviews that we had read all raved about the breakfast. It was not available during covid times. In its place you got a boxed breakfast which was quite good considering. Just remember to pick it up on your last trip to your room to store in the fridge for the next morning. The coffee maker is a Keurig so you can bring your favorite beverage from home if you don't care for mild medium roast provided. If you want real milk or cream and not coffee mate in the room, they are available at the coffer bar in the entrance. Overall a comfortable stay.

At the time of check-in you may face some disturbing attitude by one of the guy, normally works on first workstation at reception close to the main entrance. But rest of the staff is fine and helpful especially girls works in morning shifts are very helpful and accommodating. As we had some food restrictions and girls at the reception were kind enough to adjusted my breakfast bags with proper requirement. Hotel offers free coffee and juices in room and at lobby. I stayed in room 306 on ground floor and found both beds were very noisy, each time my family or i change sides during sleep were wake up by the bed noise. Room and bath size was reasonable. No daily room service was provided. There is a computer in room with loss connection and display was keep turning off even if you touch keyboard.

Nice quiet room. It is crucial to ask for a quiet room away from the noisy highway. Nice breakfast box. The free coffee machine and juice machines are a really nice touch! The kids appreciated the small pool and water games.
