Call to see if hot tub is workin
The hotel was clean. Beds comfy. Staff was some of the best Iv encountered. Very attentive and friendly. Check in was easy. I felt welcome. Breakfast was ridiculously good. Iv never had eggs and biscuits and gravy for a complimentary breakfast and they were both surprisingly good. Coffee was fresh. Area was stocked and clean. One of my better hotel stays. ONLY issue I had was the hot tub. I specifically booked this hotel cause I was traveling with an old mom who sat in a car for 10 hours. We wanted that hot tub. I paid for that hot tub. It was a super bummer and almost ruined our stay. But. The staff was very apologetic and kind and the tub in my room was clean enough to just relax in there. If the hot tub was workin I would have given the 5 stars cause it’s deserved it’s a nice stay but man that hot tub would have been the icing on the cake. Oh well. I’ll still stay again but call first to make sure the tub is workin prior.

We have 3 weekend of tournaments in Elizabethtown. We stayed in this hotrl a month ago and our room was newly renovated and clean. This time when we came we were put in a room on the floor being renovated. Our room smelled like a wet animal, everything was old and cover was stained. The hot tub was cloudy too! We are booked again next month and will be canceling.

We had an issue about the heater in our room we went down and talked to the desk person and they said they would get it taken care of as soon as possible and as soon as we turned around the gentleman that does the repairs was right there and he said what room and we told him and he came right up and took care of it problem solved everything was great.

We only stayed overnight…no Kleenex in the room. Ice was very inconvenient to the 4th floor. When we checked out at 6 am the next day the young man at the desk when asked a question never looked up from his cell phone. Was totally uninterested in anything but his phone. Not very good representation for Comfort Suites.
