Our second time staying at this wonderful spot in Old Montreal - this time in the main hotel building. Nothing quite like it!

Awesome room, service & location
The hotel & staff were awesome! We had our bikes with us & were uncertain if we would even be able to use them...quite the contrary we were met with excellent service! The bikes were whisked away to storage & were waiting for us in the lobby the next morning! The room was in very good condition, every amenity you can think of. We had an outside room which meant an entire wall of exposed stone. Get a port view outside room for max ambience! We will absolutely be back & this is our go to place in Old Montreal!!

Everything was perfect during our stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Valet parking is available for $36 plus tax with in/out privileges. The room we stayed in was beautiful with a waterfront view. Room is quite large and so is the bathroom. First class establishment. I look forward to staying here again. Magalie was at the front desk when she checked us in. She was really very welcoming & accommodating to us. She went above & beyond my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is nice and clean. We booked the signature queen riverview room and it is quite spacious. The staffs - Michael, Magalie and Tom were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome. Check-in time was 4pm but we were allowed to check-in early since we arrived the hotel at 12:30pm. Best of all is the location which is right at the center of old Montreal surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Few steps from Notre Dame and right in front of the Old Port. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good
Excellent location and very nice looking hotel, but also very noisy. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everyone around and in the hallways (and most people do tend to take the stairs as the single elevator serving the hotel is very slow). You can also hear when the people in the neighbouring rooms are flushing the toilets or using the shower. Despite these annoyances, the room is very clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the staff here is wonderful. So if what you’re after is a nice hotel with lots of character, this is the place! Just make sure you bring ear plugs.

Everything about this boutique hotel is superb from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve stayed here many times over many years and it’s as perfect today as it was the first time I stayed here. Service, restaurant, food, rooms, charm. Highly recommend!
