Found checkin very disappointing given the hundreds of positive reviews about the hotel. Fatih the check in agent was not very hospitable and seemed disinterested. Also did not acknowledge our loyalty to the barut brand. THerefore checkin general experience negative. We mentioned beforehand we were coming for a 60th birthday celebration. No acknowledgement of this. No baby facilities in one room even though requested in both rooms. No baby bath or baby bottle warmer etc although requested in advance. Family rooms - shower room glass window fully clear. Not family friendly when wanting to shower privately! Hotel super clean and very modern and beautiful. Have stayed at barut hotels approximately ten times and expected this to be amongst the best experiences but fell somewhat short. Staff in restaurants generally very friendly. Hotel spotless and quality of food excellent. The reason for main disappointment was our checkin experience and availability of our advanced requests for the baby.
