Everything from the front office, Room housekeeping, and restaurant was good. Buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of options including healthy options. The sea view from the window was also good.

We had 2 rooms and Stayed for 4 nights. Pluses: The staff was friendly, responsive and very accommodating. The pool (considering the hot and humid weather) was really good and well maintained. The SPA on the premise (run by 3rd party) was good. Opportunity: The rooms smelt like they were smoked in. (The staff did change the rooms for us immediately) The bathrooms could definitely use a face lift (considering this is claimed as a 5-star hotel) The food in the restaurants was just ok. Buffet was definitely pricy for the spread they had.

Comfortable stay with nice views
Positives - Excellent sea views from the room, accommodated early check in couple of hours before with an extra charge, convenient location Negatives - property is worn out and need a lot of makeover, cleanliness is not so good example, can see tea stains from previous stay. Water flow is the shower area is very slow. Definitely does not qualify 5-star, 3.5-4 star property.
