Gym unusable. Awful customer service
Very poor service, very sad hotel. Gym was unusable. “ sun suite “ had no sun as it had terraces above it. Unable to use spa facilities despite trying to pre book. Awful post stay customer service. Not a 5* Resort. Very disappointed all round.

Hi I have been requested for large king size bed ,but unfortunately there was two single bed attached to each other and gap in the middle which it wasn’t comfortable at all…. When I asked the receptionist ha was talking about availability which was funny,because I have been asked for it at the time of booking… So I used that room just for one night and another two nights we went to another hotel …. I would never used that hotel again .
