Poor breakfast and poor communication w/ customers
We were disappointed in the "Breakfast" offered. I understand all that's going on with the Pandemic and how it's affected every aspect of our lives. But when a breakfast is advertised and it's not going to be served, they need to inform customers of that. You can't just keep advertising breakfast is part of the deal and then don't provide the expected breakfast, you need to inform your guests of that. Breakfast is a big part of why I choose one hotel over another.

Clean and comfortable
We were happy with the cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable.The sitting chairs could use a shampoo. Breakfast was just cereals and packaged donuts, and yogurts. Overall happy eith our stay!

Room booking was to include free breakfast, however, it consisted of 2 types of boxed cereal and prepackaged muffins. We should have been advised that they were not currently offering full service breakfast at this time. Additionally, front desk agent was not very friendly.

Barking dog while owner worked NIGHTS
Room across from us had a dog that barked while owner worked NIGHTS. Staff offered to move US in middle of night, no thanks. They did nothing to address the issue as dog barked the 2nd night too. They should have moved dog and owner to a room at the end of the hotel, not right in the middle of the hotel. Felt bad for the dog.

A great place. Wonderful beds. Bedding and bathroom. Everything worked. Very comfortable. Bathtub wonderful. In the morning continental breakfast. I have nothing to complain about this property.
