Upon checking out I left my phone up in the room with family members still in the room. They wouldn’t let me back up the elevator even after asking if they’d escort me back up.

Problems with the thermostat/heater/are conditioning. One can never know whether temps in the room will be based on the settings. The water pressure is very low. The room ceilings are not finished but are left "raw" without paint or other covering.
