Vivo cerca de Patzcuaro por lo que suelo hospedarme en viajes cortos en distintos hoteles en la zona y es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, las personas del hotel son súper amables y atentas. Recomendación para los huéspedes: si marcas cero en el teléfono de tu habitación te llevan las toallas de la alberca no hay necesidad de llevar las de la habitación. No pude dar un 100 de calificación ya que en las habitaciones (3) todas tenían alguna situación de mantenimiento: Habitación 518: tiene un foco fundido Habitación 519: la puerta está colgada Habitación 520: no abre la puerta al balcón Adicional la red de wifi es bastante inestable para trabajar y nosotros que solemos viajar en moto nos pidieron mover la moto para no estorbar pero querían ponerla en un lugar donde no cabía o no podríamos salir después, tuvimos que estacionarla atrás del carro de los demás huéspedes que iban con nosotros, considero que deberían dejar un espacio de estacionamiento para todos los huéspedes sin importar si es carro o moto. Saliendo de eso el lugar está fabuloso bien ubicado y las habitaciones limpias amplias y bonitas.

The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very modern and all amenities were very classy

The overall impresdion is great, in terms of the decoration and cleanness, and the staff at the hotel are great. It is a different story with the restaurant, which is very expensive with awful service and terrible food. The problem with the hotel is tat it lacks functionality. There is not a good chair and a hood table to sit down and work. The internet connection is slow and spotty.

The arcade room is so out of date , The internet doesn't work for far back rooms like 500s hall

The hotel keeps improving over last three times i have stayed, with remodeling touches. I love the hotels patios, gardens, and ability to make you feel like being in colonial times. Also, loved being in a quiet area outside of downtown but only a 5 min taxi ride to the best that Pátzcuaro has to offer.

Is a very nice hotel. The bed is really confortable.

The best value in Patzcuaro, especially now that the rooms are renovated. The hotel is in a key position as you enter town, supermarket next door, pharmacy across the road. Slightly dated grounds in places ie tennis courts, etc but generally well looked after.
