ABOUT THE SPACE-
Fresh top to bottom remodel with new paint, fixtures, white quartz
counters and stainless appliances. Open concept.
You can walk to Kelly s Irish Pub, Clayton s Beach Bar, Bar Louie, as
well as Parrot Eyes & On the Border Mexican food at the Hilton nearby.
Condo is unique as fairly high ceilings, no carpeting, and 2 levels.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom plus a half bath on main level
off kitchen.
Something else super cool would be that the unit has not 1 but 2
private patios for enjoying a cocktail or your morning coffee.
There is a queen bed with en suite bathroom in the smaller bedroom
with a smart TV flat screen. The 2nd larger bedroom has a super cool
"triple stacker" bunk bed
While not beachfront it is at Habitat condos, half a block to the
beach with a non heated pool public beach access point down at end of
street.
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, etc and has a new eat in
counter and 4 bar stools. As we don t have a table, there are 4
additional TV Tray tables style for additional people to eat.
The condo has wifi / internet, and cable TV in the living room plus
SMART TVs.
The living room has a 55″ with a sectional sofa + ottoman, & side
recliner. I try to keep it stocked with puzzles and books in case of
rain as well as cards.
Please note a max of 8 people (this includes kids/babies) are allowed
per the HOA. There is 1 dedicated/included parking spot for unit #22.
This condo requires you to go up 1 flight of stairs, as well as inside
as.2 levels there are stairs.
Linens/towels are provided and unit has a small stackable washer &
dryer.
