Five star service, great location, amazing owner!
Our stay in Nuremberg was fabulous because of the service we received at this hotel. It is in a great location , close to the train station. The owner has hired a terrific team who all work together to ensure that everything is perfect from the moment we arrived. They actually came out to greet us and bring in our luggage. We were shown to our room, everything was explained, and reservations were made for our dinners. The breakfast they service is not only delicious, has a wide variety of offerings, but also is served in individual containers to be consistent with the sanitary conditions of a post-COVID world, The hotel tells the story of Nuremberg in the uniqueness of every room. The evening cocktail hours is a lovely touch. The service is above and beyond! One of the team actually walked us to the subway to help us purchase our tickets because we couldn't read German. They recommended and arranged for us to rent a car rather than take a train that would have required 3 changes. They completely reduced the stress of our side day-trips. The linens were lovely, bathroom amenities were perfect. I am so glad we chose this hotel. We travelled in Prague, and other parts of Germany and this was our best experience! I hate to write this because I am afraid the hotel will be all booked the next time we want to go, but truly they deserve more praise than I have given!

Perfect stay in Nuremberg
What a wonderful little hotel! The service is impeccable! I can’t say enough about all the staff, every person was kind and helpful. From helping us get settled and telling us all about our room and the area to calling and making dinner reservations for us, they did it all and more! Markus was who checked us in and his information was spot on! I wish I remembered the names of the other gentleman that we had long conversations with in the evening! They truly made our stay extra special! If we make it back to Nuremberg this is where we will stay!

Great little hotel in Nuremberg
Great little hotel. Each room has it's own fun, little story to share. The breakfast buffet was great...something for everyone. They offer wine in the lobby in the evening, and are a great help in securing dinner reservations. Location is close to the train station and an easy to walk to many restaurants and shops.
