Very nice, clean hotel. Near many things downtown so confident. Staff very friendly as well. Our room was a corner room however and while it was beautiful with all windows floor to ceiling, it was extremely loud despite being on the 13th floor. We could hear everything outside as if the windows were open which made it difficult to sleep. We stay in Chicago often and have never experienced something like that before.

Nice stay
Checking in was very easy. The staff was kind and attentive. The room was nice, but the balcony was unusable. There was also a lot of outside noise. Usually hotels in this area are bustling, but there didn’t seem to be any soundproofing which made it hard to sleep.
