Such an amazing hotel. Absolutely loved oir stay here. The decor is beautiful and the service from the staff is absolutely brilliant. They are so friendly and kind. The man at the reception named Kadir, was so helpful on our first day. He upgraded our room and was so kind. The area around the hotel is perfect. Free valet parking a big bonus in Istanbul. There are 3 underground floors for dining and conferences. The hotel is much bigger than it looks. Lifts. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fantastic room. If you take a bath you need to get the flow from the tap correct to avoid wetting the floor.

The staff were extremely helpful. They were not pushy about cleaning the rooms. Whenever you put the sign out to clean the room, they came in. It was an easy and relaxed check-out. They also had a later check-out time which is very comforting.
