The hotel is in a nice area, close to the city centre. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The room was good, standard but the bathroom is really nice. Had a really lovely stay and will definitely go back.

Hotel was functional and well positioned. The service was perfectly acceptable although the staff were not at all friendly on the large part. I often felt an inconvenience if I asked for anything. Also the room needed a better clear as it was incredibly dusty throughout.

Nice new hotel in a very good location. Quiet more residential-type area. Easy to walk to shopping and dining. Very close to Van Gogh Museum. Check-in staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

Things to be fixed
The staff were excellent. The room was not good. Windows were not cleaned, you could see the markes of the fingers or dead flies on them. The pillows were horrible. Above the bed there was a kind of wall pillow which was ripped apart. The toilet ventilator was not working. Inside the coffee box, they were refilling the capsuls but they were not cleaning the box, as a result there was sugar. The windows had outside the AC from the other rooms which were extremely noisy
