Hotel for locals
Our stay was a last minute reservation and I read the reviews of others before staying here so I was aware of the conditions of the property. This is definitely a 3-star hotel for locals (0-stars if you're used to modern accommodations). I was wasn't expecting any luxuries. Friendly staff but the property needs renovations and updates. I did have ants and spiders in my room (I didn't bug them and they didn't bug me). The water was unavailable for one night as the water pressure wasn't reaching the upper floors. The food at breakfast was very basic. For the property to improve: 1) Clean all rooms to ensure no bugs and mold. I definitely notice the lack of surfaces not being wiped down that allows the growth of mold in the bathroom mirror, walls, and ceiling. 2) Update water infrastructure, lack of water pressure should not be an issue in a hotel. 3) Remove and/or replace furniture and room amenities. Our furniture was chipped and broken that created a lot of sharp edges. Our ironing board was old and burnt. 4) Provide needed towels for the room. One per person is not sufficient. Room needs additional hand towels and towel to place on floor to exit shower. 5) Fix water damage on ceiling. I definitely noticed water damage (almost like mold) in the room and painted over. 6) Bolt down room safes. Overall, this wasn't okay stay because I understand the situation of the area/region. I would not recommend this if you're looking for luxuries.

I don’t know where to begin to tell you how bad our stay here was. The rooms were unclean, in disrepair, missing items (kettle), and hard to get to (4 flights of stairs without an offer of assistance.) The only small positive was that the towels were new and that when the water worked (!!) the shower was hot with reasonable pressure.

Didn't like anything. Toilet leaking, sink had damp towel in it. Noisy fans and TV and ppl outside. Very tight parking and u have to reverse all the way to get out of property. Closes the gate around 9pm and have to wait for security to open to get in. Like u getting into a prison, why is the gate closed. Is it an unsafe place. Looked like a safe area but they still close the gated
