Would stay again.
Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. We travel with a disabled child and we tried using the chair lift for the swimming pool and it didn't work. (9 out of 10 hotels don't have working lifts) they were very apologetic and even gave us a discount for the room. I hope that they can fix it, because I plan to stay there on my way back.

We've stayed here many times and this was the first time we have experienced poor service at check-in. When we arrived two people were outside smoking. We walked in and there was no one at the desk, but a sign saying they were serving guests and would be back shortly. Then another person came in to check in. The two smokers watched all of us walk in. Several minutes later, they came in and one was the check-in desk worker. A smoke break with the front desk unattended wasn't a good greeting. That said, this is the first time I've had a negative experience staying at this hotel. I'll go back and hope this was just a single incident.

I always enjoy staying in this hotel. While, it's starting to show some signs of age (wallpaper, couch, office chair and furnishings are dated/beginning to be worn) the staff is always great, it's immaculately clean, and in general a place I automatically select when in the area, even though there are several other options available.
