I found the executive suite very nice. Loved the large bathtub with the all glass walk in shower. The hotel staff was very accommodating to all of our needs and wishes. The young woman who worked the front desk was very informative about all of my questions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be returning soon if we can workout a great corporate rate while I’m in town for the next few months.

Great Staff but disappointed with the property
The staff was super nice. Especially the night auditor, Toni. My room A/C was very loud the first night. I couldn't sleep because of the loud noise. I went to the front desk and notified the night auditor, Toni. She was very apologetic and left a note for the morning clerk to switch my room, if any became available. All rooms were currently occupied. Saturday, my room wasn't able to be switched but Jeff at the front desk sent maintenance to my room while I was gone and they were able to fix the a/c. Jeff & Taylor at the front desk during the day were very friendly and welcoming. My room didn't have toilet paper and the shower leaks pretty bad onto the bathroom floor. The shower needs to be recaulked. Steve at the restaurant/bar was very friendly and did an awesome juggling the bar and restaurant at the same time.

Disappointing, we always stay at a Hilton garden
We had to wait for a little bit before checking in because housekeeping was behind. We traveled with another family and when we could check in only one room was ready , not both. And then there were no more rooms available with 2 queen beds like we booked and paid for so we had to room with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. The front desk guy had to go check the condition of the rooms before he could check us in and he admitted that they may be a little “ musty”. We had no toilet paper, Kleenex or coffee cups in our room.

Nice and inexpensive.
This was a visit to see my son. I was happy with the stay and the condition of the property. My only real complaint was they were out of coffee pods. They tried to make for it by offering free coffee and expression in the lobby.

Great stay, despite the beds
Overall, nice clean hotel but the beds are basically bricks with sheets. They were so hard! The pillows were super soft but not to soft. If you like a really, firm bed then this is great. It wasn't terrible, I'm just used to my bed at home I guess. Overa I would stay again.

Excellent stay. Good sleep. Impressed with the fire place. Like to return again and this time read my book next to the fire place. Nice sound and comfort. Everywhere is clean. I could smell sterilized odor. Could not find dust.
