EXELENTE DESAYUNO BUFFET Y MESERA ATENCION EN MESA. CUARTOS MUY AMPLIO DE SUITES DE 3 HABITACIONES. no tienen agua caliente sino tibia para banarse en la noche frio, no cuenta con calefaccion en cuartos por invierno dic. Wifi internet no funciona bien, hay ruido de tipo motor de lavadora funcionando de 10pm a la madrugada 1pm al dormir.

I have stayed here before and it was a great pleasant experience however this last time was not so great. First the unit was cold and the heater did not work. Second the hot water on the shower did not work. Third the elevator did not work and have to call for emergency to help us. Fourth I’ve complained to the front office and was promised that the general manager would call back but has yet to call me. Overall was not a good place pleasant experience however previous times was fine maybe this time it was just dumb luck.

Very clean . Great service and great location
The location was great , the service was very friendly, breakfast delicious and very clean, the je suite room was very spacious with a little kitchen dining room and living room. Was excellent . The only problem was I stayed in a room by the avenue and was little noisy

An excellent rate, Very spacious suites, Good Breakfast Buffet, Friendly staff, Clean, Free Parking. Could use some upgrade here and there but the overall value is hard to beat.

Bad Experience
not so good! No hotel is old and pieces of walls and flooring in really bad shape. No hot water frequently was there for two weeks. terrible service cleaning service was terrible too many rooms for one person assigned which caused our room to be cleaned at 4:50 giving her only ten minutes to clean a 3 bedroom suite.
