The apartments are well appointed for long stays (kitchen, cleaning etc). However, the apartment I stayed in needed some TLC as things were looking worn and old. But, it didn't reduce any level of comfort and it's situated super close to CBD and the river. A foot bridge is literately right next to apartments to get to Southbank.

The location isn't bad, the city view we had was quiet. 15 min walk to Eagle Street eating area. And really good lady for our check-in. The apartment was a bit knocked around, the panel blinds in the living room were buggered, I had to close each one individually - and very carefully. The fridge had copped a beating too - a bit of a shame as it's a visual thing. The bathroom was functional, plenty of hot water and nice towels - but could do with a makeover - it was tired. I'd stay there again :)
