Impeccable Service and Style
From the moment we checked in, to the moment they escorted us to our car as we left: this was the most impeccably run hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. Located in the heart of the action of Hanoi, but once you are in your room you won’t hear a thing. Do not hesitate to stay here.

This was my second time here and it was even better than the first!! They upgraded me for free to hand a balcony overlooking Old Quarter. My room was as clean as the whole property itself. As per my last review, the rooftop pool is amazing with the best views. The breakfast was my favourite as always. And the staff is always around to take care of you and answer any questions you have. It’s the little details that I appreciated. Doors being opened for you when you enter your building. All staff greeting you with warm smiles whenever they see you. And the feeling of comfort in such a clean and welcoming facility. THANK YOU TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF!!! I hope to come back again in the future.

This has to be one of the best hotels in Old Quarter. Best all you can eat breakfast ever. Me and my friend both agreed that their food was better than most places we ate at in Hanoi. Staff was super nice and always accomodating. The rooftop pool was beautiful but it is pretty cold depending on the weather outside. The rooms are super clean and fancy looking. Only thing is that some of the rooms don’t have windows with a view. I will be going back to stay there before I leave Hanoi for 2 nights. Hopefully I get a room with a balcony.
