This is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom hillside condominium with a great view of the San Miguel River from its expansive deck. To enter the home, guests descend a few steps down from the parking lot level. There is a ski locker and plenty of storage in the hall for any hiking gear or skis. From the entryway, the home opens up to a large living space, complete with a dining room, living room and kitchen.
The living area is extremely inviting, with a gas-burning fireplace and large sliding doors that bring the outdoors inside. The doors open to a deck with a seating area - perfect for taking in the sounds of the San Miguel River! Inside, the living room is adorned with a cozy leather sofa, two ottomans, and a loveseat that pulls out into a twin bed. There is a flatscreen TV, Roku, Blu-ray DVD player and games for guests to enjoy.
The newly-renovated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making cooking and entertaining easy. There is also a toaster, blender, microwave and everything you would need to make a complete meal. The breakfast bar has four stools for casual seating and is open to the dining room, which has a large table that can seat up to eight guests.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located down a short hall from the living room. The master bedroom has a California king bed and large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A large window in the master suite allows guests to take in the nearby hillside. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination with an oversized tub in a custom tile surround, and a granite countertop vanity.
The second bedroom in this home has two double beds. There is a bathroom accessible from the hallway that has a step-in steam shower in a custom stone tile enclosure and a granite countertop vanity.
There is a private stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet.
Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located right outside of this home.
The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
