Pool and hot tub had to be closed unexpectedly for cleaning which was a bummer but she did switch us last minute to a room with a bathtub which was very nice of her

I take my daughter to this Hilton every year for her birthday. It is very clean and even more sanitized now due to Covid. It’s a lovely hotel, conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants.

Great stay. Only complaint is lack of microwave in the rooms and very uncomfortable flat pillows. Had microwave in giftshop but did not feel comfortable using a shared microwave.Had corner room on 6th floor with Beautiful view. Beautiful fireplace in lobby. No breakfast included. Lots of restaurants close by although fastfood right now has no dinein. Large mall across the street. Loved it here and would stay again

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. No one cleared the alarm clocks like they should and my room and the vacant room next to mine went off super early in the morning. Housekeeping did a half job in the bathroom Found a lip ring in the hand soap!

Maskless greetings.
I opted to stay here because of the health and cleanliness levels of Hilton Hotels during Covid times. The person working the front desk was roaming the lobby without a mask, despite the company’s mask policy. In the morning, I had to avoid the breakfast area since masks weren’t being enforced there as well.

I had an awesome greeting from Alexandria at the front desk. I’m from Detroit and she mentioned she had travel plans to go there soon. Nice room no complaints. While trying to sleep I had to call the front desk to disperse a group of people talking loudly in the hallway. I called again after 20 minutes after I realized it was coming from the adjoining room. The front desk sent up security who I heard told them it was a noise complaint and to keep down the noise. They eventually did after being shocked that someone complained about their noise. After that I guess they went back downstairs and we had the best sleep ever!!
