Disgusting—-bed bugs
Here goes. Ants in room 223, cockroaches in laundry room, treadmills didn’t work, smoke smell throughout, Wi-Fi didn’t work in my end of the building, carpeting was disgusting, and to top it off…bed bugs in room 223. When I brought live bed bugs in a water bottle to the from desk they did give me another room which had even dirtier carpet and stunk like smoke. (I Travel heavily and never in my life seen actual bed bugs.) The Manager offered a hollow apology and 30,000 Hilton Honors points. A week later still no points and when I call no one knows anything. He admitted knowing that the Wi-Fi was down in my end of the building. Being that this was a work trip that was an added hassle I could’ve done without.

Bed Bugs. Avoid!
Horribly uncomfortable bed, ants all over room 223, treadmills in gym did not work, cockroaches in laundry room, Wi-Fi did not work in my end of the building, carpets were disgusting, and to top it off BED BUGS in room 223. When I brought bed bugs to the front counter in a water bottle they did move me to a different room which was equally gross. Manager promised me 30,000 Hilton Honors points for my trouble. A week after leaving I have no points and no one from the hotel knows anything. When I mentioned the Wi-Fi the Manager apologized but admitted they knew it was a problem. Once loyal I’m done with Hampton!
