For a basic hotel - it was clean and staff was helpful - the biggest issue was one the elevators was out and the other had to be manually operated which caused significant delays. I do appreciate the hotel providing reimbursement for the hassle and delay this caused.

Very small budget hotel, but good location. Decor looking tired and only 2 lifts so avoid these at peak times, especially if you’re on the top floor - 36th. Eat breakfast early or better still avoid and eat elsewhere. Breakfast is the worst thing about this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had a light bulb replaced in my room within 10 mins of asking. No charge for left luggage and there is complimentary coffee and bottles of water.

It was a 10 minute from Penn Station and once at hotel a 10 minute walk to Time Square, subway etc. The breakfast was good and all we needed to start the day.
