NO TV
Room was a normal Holiday Inn Express property. The Hotel seemed empty so I requested the 1st floor. They put me on the second. I checked in late and when I got to the room the TV did not work. It looks like someone had taken the HDMI cable. I didn't feel that it was appropriate to ask the lone female employee to come to my room after midnight to fix the TV issue. I pay a premium to stay at IHG properties and feel that a TV should be apart of the norm.

Clean, but perks not there.
We chose to pay extra to stay here because of what appeared to be a larger than usual pool and a wonderful breakfast with cinnamon rolls... Though I am used to wide angle lens pictures - the picture of this pool was simply deceptive (compare theirs with mine below) - and it was 3 feet deep! Also, with Covid, there was no hot breakfast or cinnamon rolls.

The hotel was in a good proximity to our places to visit. The room was cleaned daily and housekeeping did a great job. We arrived late and the person that checked us in had an issue with the third party credit card. She reported there was no issue with my card but she kept us waiting in lobby until it was resolved. We arrived late and were ready to settle in but the delay was not due to anything related to us. The breakfast was poor. The eggs were green the bread was stale and the milk was in a thermos that showed no expiration date. We kept notifying the attendant that items needed refilling and poor food condition. The attendant wore a headset which we found unprofessional. The coffee was empty and the biscuits and gravy looked old. Our previous experiences with Holiday Inn Expresses in respect to breakfast have never been this bad. Please notify the individuals in charge. Thank you

This was the WORST suite I've stayed in it was under construction and loud as can be so early in the am. In the fiture for ANY hotel if your under construction let ur guest know BEFORE they book not when u get there!! The worst!
