Avoid
No air conditioning, no vehicle access (at least at weekends) and a very uncomfortable bed/pillow make this one to avoid! It’s a 2-3 minute walk with cases to the entrance from the closest the taxi can get you. No AC, even with the window open in February the room was unbearably hot. The bed was incredibly firm as were the pillows. The toilet in the room was separate to the shower room, no way to wash your hands without moving room. Shockingly bad for the price. Very little sleep by any of us :( The pool was nice!

Needs a revamp, not really a 4 star hotel
Feels much more like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very basic and the service isnt great. Sink in the bathroom was clogged and noone was answering the phone in reception to help. The lobby is also very small and can be inconvenient when checking in.

Purely stay for the location to Heathrow Airport
Room look abit dated and we stayed for 3 nights. Location very near to Heathrow train express to airport. Breakfast included but took only 2 days as were the same but variety was considered one of the better breakfast. Bed was solid but we have a power trip in one night possible due to CAT 1 thunder that day? Limited or basically no amenties except 2 in 1 shampoo shower. We got a 6 floor for 3 rooms which they arrange for us to be jus beside which was great. But funny cleaner auntie will still knock and open your door even if you do not disturb which can be disturbing. Some traveller was heard complaining toa senior staff about this weird lady.
