My husband I are have be lucky enough to visit over 80 countries and Ulaman Eco retreat is my absolute favourite hotel so far From the stunning setting and building design ( the photos you see are real ) to the amazing staff there is nothing I would change. A lovely surprise was all the free yoga breathing meditation and sound healing classes offered daily. I will definitely Go back !!! The place that combines everything you expect from Balinese culture and nature in one place where you’ll find the way back to your “zen” and lost roots. Hotel itself is instagamable, spa service was amazing , rooms are ok with bamboo designs but not worth for the price. The rooms are quite small with no great views of the valley or the forest or the rice fields. My room shower faucet was not good at mixing hot and cold water. The lighting in the bath room is way too dark that you can’t even see yourself in the mirror. The hotel itself is located in the remote area, far from the downtown. IT’s hard to explore around.
