Worn out and Artsy
I do not find Haifa to b a very clean city compared to other cities in Israel. Tiberias is also very dirty. This hotel fits the city. It has attempted to be an artsy hotel, and I appreciate the artwork, but the windows are leaky on a cold evening and the building is old and has seen better days, I hope.

Fair
We paid for a 3 person room and we could barely fit. Very small so we purchased another room. He told me he’d give us a discount of $100/night. We accepted and later found the room on hotels.com for $50/night. He never refunded us for paying for the extra person in our room.

Very good
Everything was great except for two things: 1. No curtain in the shower - the floor got all soaking wet. 2. The walls are so thin that even though the windows were closed we woke up at 5am because of the street noise and the buses crossing

Good
The rooms are small and really noisy on the side of the street. It is a very old hotel and needs some updating. There is a cafe right next to hotel and a market in walking distance. We were able to walk to the Bahai gardens lower entrance from the hotel. I would give it 2 stars overall.
