Had no TV and despite repeated requests to deal with it nobody bothered to even reply to me. No hot water on last day but didn’t even bother wasting my time complaining. A real shame as I have stayed there many times. Management needs serious review.

Staff should be well trained
Ac noise, while checking in and check out i was in quie attending other customer. To much ignore at front desk of check inn. In da room u can hear outside noise and corridor also some1 knocking my door. The reception call me middle in the night while sleeping asking me did u order talabat , i said no 😡 and i was so angry he wake me up. U could hear toilet water when some1 taking shower flowing from the pipes while u sleeping i was on the 3rd floor it was horrible and nightmare. Better i would stay home instead booking this horrible hotel. Lucky it was only one night i wish the day could past fast. I will never stay ibis hotel anymore.
