This is my go to hotel, the service is always good every single time I have stayed there. Friendly staff, clean room with all the amenities as well as bathroom. The Hotel is very comfortable, quiet and well-located. The staff is attentive. The breakfast was just ok, and Guayaquil as a city is not particularly pleasant at all. If you need to be in town for business or have a few days to spend, the location is great. I felt safe at all times.

Far Exceeded Expectations
From the moment of arrival to this property, I was impressed. I had just finished a 2-week mission trip in Southern Ecuador and was returning to Guayaquil in order to fly back home. I needed place to stay overnight before flying out the next afternoon. My two brothers traveled with me, one was staying over night and flying out with me and the other was flying out that night very late and just needed a place to rest and relax before his 1am flight. I explained this to the lady checking me in and she very graciously offered a set of towels for my brother so that he could shower before his flight even though he was not a registered guest. Every single employee that I interacted with at this property treated me like royalty and with utmost courtesy. The property is very well maintained, clean, comfortable, quiet, and feels very safe. This truly was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in years. I will ALWAYS come back here if ever I am in Guayaquil. Thank you for making the experience so very pleasant and comfortable for us.
