I was charged a deposit with Expedia and the hotel pretended like I wasn’t and I had to pay the full amount. In the end I was charged the correct amount but they could have better explained how the deposit/card hold with Expedia works. As many people use Expedia, the front desk staff should be better educated on how it works so they can clearly explain it to guests. I wasted time with the hotel and Expedia figuring it out. Otherwise, great location, beautiful place and good food.
