I stayed 3 nights I know there is policy that they can't go into rooms but I gave permission to go in I put personal items together all they did was take trash out did not replenish anything.

Customer service was horrible didn’t provide us what we were promised our room didn’t have an iron to iron our clothes asked to get us one the guy Matt didnt care to help us at all

We had an disappointing experience. The check-in was non informational. There was no smile or welcome at all. The room had dust and short black hair everywhere in the beds and bath. When I told the night man he just shrugged and turned away.

Its central to our needs. We always select this location when we visit our daughter in Wyoming. It also has an indoor pool that we enjoy with our Grandchildren. Great continental breakfast post covid but still a grab and go breakfast is still offered.

The desk clerk was friendly and upbeat. They no longer serve breakfast so they need to remove that offering from their website. The room was clean.

Location was close to the freeway to make getting in and out easy, also there were plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. My major complaint was that the shower drain was pretty much clogged and would take forever to drain.

Okay place but right next to the train, hair in the bathroom, dog hair all over and a dog bone under the bed. I love dogs but the room was gross.
