really bad. dirty, dump, noisy and bad service
i don't advice you to stay here. room is dark, one window facing walkway on the dark side so no light. it smells dump, sheets are nasty with yellow sport on it. i did book bungalow room with jacuzzi that suppose to be on balcony but i did not even have a balcony, jacuzzi was in room with shaded window and it was dirty. Overall room was dirty. Also really noisy, you can laterally hear your neighbor even breathing lol unfortunately i got neighbor who was getting drunk every night and singing songs lol Stuff do not speak English, neither other 2 languages i speak ( Russians and french) assuming neither of languages except their native. was really hard to communicate any needs. one time they just hang up on me when couldnt understand what im orderingm what really upset me

Both pool areas were great and the restaurant has a beautiful overlook to the mountains. Our rooms were tidy and maintained each day.

We liked the pools and the amenities ; however they charged you for bringing water to the pool (200 bAht) and there wasn’t an elevator to our 4th floor room (the view WAS beautiful tho) and the food was overpriced for what it was. Wouldn’t recommend paying for the breakfast buffet but if it is included then it’s fine. The walk up the hill was pretty bad and almost all tours, we were the last stop. Close to Karon and Kata beach was nice and free shuttle was available.
