Currently Undergoing renovations but this did not interfere with our stay. Great location, easy walking distance to Eyre Square, pubs & shops also railway station & buses.

Dirty. Restaurant had a strange odor. When I booked, no notice they were doing construction. Rooms old looking and rusty bathroom. Front desk attendants seem to be quite lazy. Bartender was the only enjoyable person.

Very Good8.0
the staff were very friendly.. the shower wasn't working in the room so they moved us into another room... the rooms could do with an update ie a bit of paint and bright colours. the shower was very powerful so I was happy with that.

The buffet breakfast was horrific. We arrived at 9.30 with breakfast being served from 7.30. There was one fruit, one cold meat, the yoghurts had been left out so long they’d started to coagulate and the overall variety was shocking.
