The hotels location was good, however we stayed in the apartment which was on a dark street and an entire block away from the main hotel. So dark one member of our party was almost run over by a car. We ordered room service which the hotel said it would arrange for breakfast. As a result we were not able to have the included breakfast at the hotel. On check out the receptionist tried to charge us for the room service. Only after I insisted on speaking to the manager it was resolved. We however enjoyed Rome.

The rooms are tiny. Having said that they are well appointed and clean. The hotel is very close to many sites. Noise can be a problem as it is near the Via Corso that is crowded with loud people. However on the positive side, it is near many students practicing beautiful music. The restaurant needs new management. The food is poor and haphazardly served. The location is super. It could be an amazing restaurant. Finally, I really overall had a nice experience and would return to the hotel.

Love this little hotel and the staff. In a great location with lots of shopping, great restaurants and HISTORY. Rooftop restaurant is really good too. Our room was small,tiny shower. If this is an issue, choose a larger room.
