This location at the top of the Spanish steps is terrific for getting to Rome's great museums and sights. Many restaurants and retail operations are in all directions. We stayed in the two-bedroom and two-bath apartment and enjoyed the spacious rooms. This is much different from most hotel rooms in the area. Just a caveat: the apartments available are in an adjacent building and require using at least two flights of circular stores up and down. We are both in our 70's and in great shape. We walked 68 miles in our week there. The hotel staff managed our suitcases up and down the stairs for our stay.

I booked the the 2 room apartment which sleeps 5. When I booked the room I forgot to include our entire party. The apartment has a hallway which leads to the master bedroom. In this hallway 3 additional beds are located. My daughter and friend decided to stay with us one night, we had 5 people one night and 3 people another night in the apartment that sleeps 5. I was charged an additional $300+ dollars by the owner, as he stated I used the room differently, then what was on my reservation. The apartment can only be used one way as the additional beds are in the hallway to the master. I could have stayed someplace nicer that was less expensive had this not happened.
