Newer facility. It is the same lobby with Roader Theme hotel. Lots of interesting things for the little ones in the lobby. If I have a toddler, it would have been fun. On the 4th floor where the lobby is located, there's also laundry facility, snacks, a little shop. Room - I booked a bigger room with the view. View is nice except the windows are very dirty, and there is no way to open the door. AC works perfectly. Bathroom is clean and plenty of hot water. Love the vent in the bathroom, not loud, everything stays dry. I stayed a week, so they let me have 1 cleaning service. which is fine with me. Area: if you are taking MRT or Train, its very convenient. Lots of food in the area, you will not starve. Will stay again.

There are surprises in good and bad ways. Instead to have a fancy lobby, this hotel has the lobby at 4th floor. The lobby is a carnival themed with a snack area, Ball pool and a playground for kids. During happy hours, there are free snacks with fried chicken wings and fish balls. Chips and bottled water are free 24/7. It’s very convenient for travelers. The bad side is the room size, it’s extremely small. However, the room has spectacular views.

For some strange reason there wasnt any housekeeping during our stay. We had to call front desk to change our towels and clear the rubbish although we had the housekeeping light turned on in our absence. Nonetheless, i will return again if i go to taipei as the property was so accessible, rooms and facilites was good.

A very nice, clean, modern hotel which is conveniently located next to Taipei’s main train station and bus station. Very quiet and staff is super friendly and helpful. Many places to eat, just a minutes walk behind the hotel. It’s an easy train ride from the airport. Laundry facilities are convenient and clean. The 4th floor, themed lobby is adorable and coffee, drinks and light fare, food is available and convenient. Only thing I would add is I wish they had a separate, accessible area (office?) for international customers to conduct business and phone calls at night.
