Fun in Venice
Great place, the service was great very friendly staff. Room was very clean and hotel was very clean. No AC but the Venice air at night kept us cool to were we were comfortable. If I go back I'll stay here again.

Immaculate, quaint and awesome location
Wonderful location, charming old building, and friendly owners. This property is only a 5 to 7 minute walk from the train station and about 9 minutes from the bus station. The location can’t be beat. The family and owns and runs the hotel is precious! The hotel is immaculate. Tip: this hotel is on a tiny side street off the main thoroughfare on the left side as you are walking from the train station. Shops and restaurants abound and the canal is just a few minutes walk.

Great choice
I was staying at this hotel in May 2019 for 3 nights. It is a perfect location to get around the city and close to bus and rail station. The staff were very friendly and great at showing us where to go. Great value for money would definitely recommend. The rooms were cleaned every day and beds were comfortable

Nice people, decent hotel
We were generally happy with the hotel and it was obvious that the owners/staff were making an effort to provide a good experience, especially with understanding the local area. It was clean, convenient, and a good price. However, a few things kept us from being being able to leave a higher rating. The hotel breakfast, which you pay quite a bit for, is mediocre at best. Coffee, yogurt, some rolls, juice. No fruit. I’d pass on that and spend your money elsewhere. Also, our room was very stuffy and hot at night, making it hard to sleep. Even though it was cooler outside, we couldn’t open the windows because the alleyway outside the front of the hotel was a mosquito paradise and we were eaten alive the first night. Lastly, the hotel is very noisy. You can basically hear everything going on anywhere in or nearby the hotel all the time, including the front door motion sensor chirp and the door bell for the place across the street. You’d be surprised how many people are rolling carts over the cobblestone outside at two in the morning. We also got a ton of noise from the hallways and rooms above us, next to us, etc Ultimately, we didn’t say anything about these issues, because there’s not a lot the staff could do about the as they’re primarily a consequence of the hotel’s construction, age, layout, and location.

Lovely little hotel with incredibly friendly hosts
Lovely little hotel with incredibly friendly hosts. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Location is brilliant - everything was in walking distance and there is a water bus stop a couple of minutes walk away.
