Disappointed in most things.
Surprised we were told bec asuse we booked with a third party, we would have to pay for some services like a tram map printout. Great location but reception staff quite offhanded. Not rude, just not intetested. Had to ask for milk, coffee, extra tea to the 2 bags provided. Everything was just too hard for them. Great shower.

Great location
This was a nice hotel in a great location. It was walking distance to the train and bus stations, as well as Old Town, the lake, and many shops and restaurants. The staff were quite helpful. We chose an upgraded room that was spacious. The bathroom had 2 sinks, and both a bathtub and a fully enclosed shower - something that is rare in Europe. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is somewhat expensive, but as we found out, everything in Zurich is crazy expensive, so in that context it was no more out of line than everything else in that city.

Well located, clean and hospitable. Its location near the train station and central to shopping and restaurants made this a good choice. The room was well appointed and very comfortable and quiet.
