2/10 Poor

DO NOT STAY HERE!! They promised me a refund but did not give it to me. Won’t answer my messages. The hotel is filthy. The hallways smell. There was hair all over the beds when we checked in. I went to the reception. He said there was nothing he could do. I complained and he said to stop back later for some new sheets. When I returned they were in my room. They would not make the beds. The three sheets they left were filthy. One had good stains, one had foot prints from a boot, and one had bodily fluids. When I went down to complain he did not think any my thing was wrong. After three calls to the manager she said she would refund me as I was NOT staying there. Never heard back or got my refund. Best part, he was speaking to her in French and she asked my nationality? What? How is that even relevant. STAY AWAY! And the parking is not close.

Room was spacious. which is good. Bed sheets were not changed daily. The room is not what you show in the pictures. When we retained the room showed to be $86 daily but ended up at over a $100 per day breakfast was included when booked and they said "no" extra 20 euros a day

Excellent value in Central Nice
Helvetique is brilliant positioned for those who want to enjoy The many aspects of Nice. One block from Place Massena and the tram network it makes arriving from the airport, getting to the beach, old city, shopping , out of the way all so easy to do. The multilingual staff are both welcoming and informative. My double occupancy room was perfect for my needs.
