Great find
Good downtown location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, so helpful and polite. 2 minutes walk from Railway street and 10 minutes from the weekend night market. Booked premiere room (402) town view and balcony. Great size room and quality bathroom and shower, room had a solid bed with a very comfortable mattress and linen was first class and crisp. Breakfast had a good selection and found everything we wanted. 45 minutes from the airport. Hotel felt like it had recently refurbished the rooms and to a high standard. We checked out early morning and had a hot breakfast box waiting for us, lovely touch. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Footnote, bar closes early at 9:30pm.

Great hotel super location
Great place in old town Hanoi. This hotel has a nicely designed interior. Nice cool lobby (helpful on hot days). Appreciated the nice welcome drink, friendly staff who helped curate points of interest in the area on a map for us. Loved their room with balcony, soft bed and pillows. Breakfast was in a nicely furnished room with many food options. Good location too. Would definitely recommend.
