You can do better than this
You have to have a mobile phone to access the building. Anyone who does not have a mobile phone will find it very hard to get in even in the middle of the day. The room is very small and the shower floods the whole bathroom. However the place was spotlessly clean and Monica, the lovely Monica, made a good cappuccino every day. I find it difficult to recommend this property. Stay here only if you are on a very tight budget.

Comfy, secluded, easy access to water taxi.
Location was perfect for access to Murano. Very little in the way of restaurants or shops nearby. Did NOT have WiFi as stated in the ad. Nice to hear water lapping on the side of the building.

Don’t stay here, it’s a rip off.
No one bothered to send me the code to get in or even respond when I asked if there was one. The result was I was alone, in a city I don’t know in the middle of the night, outside the accommodation I booked but unable to get in despite phoning and texting. When I finally got in 12 hours later (I spent 4.30am - 10am in a hostel) the lady suddenly couldn’t speak English when I asked about the situation. When I booked out I happened to see her leaving a room and asked if she stayed there and she said yes. I asked if she stayed there, why did she not let me in when I arrived and rang the bell. Again all of a sudden she couldn’t speak English. The ensuite was so tiny the shower was over the toilet. The toiletries provided was soap, nothing else. There was no hot water and no internet. Manky fridge full of half finished bottles of water and wine. All in all a rip off.
