Hidden Gem
Great central location close to a subway station for visits to Madison Square Garden, Times Square, 9/11 Memorial, and Brooklyn. Property is in great condition and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Also the rooftop bar is fantastic with an incredible view off the Empire State Building. We would definitely stay here again.

Poor
Not a high-end hotel
There is some kind of halfway house being run there. Every time I went up or down in the elevator, women with small children were leaving the second floor, either complaining or upset. They seemed to be living there. One time, a person who seemed to be in a security uniform was on the elevator with me and got off at the second floor. When I tried to see what was on the floor, she was rude to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to get off on that floor. I felt unsafe. This is NOT a high-end hotel at all.

Great location and the rooftop bar is beautiful. We got a few rooms here for our engagement party weekend. We look forward to staying here again!
