When in Zurich, stay here!
The hotel staff is gracious and helpful. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is in Zurich's Old Town, in walking distance of churches and museums. It's also a short walk to the trams that will also take you to the museums. Breakfast is continental, with excellent breads, cheeses, and meats. In-room instance coffee is available. The decor of the rooms is charming. Each room has a different depiction of a Zurich scene, with a map that shows where to find the scene in relation to the hotel. There is a book with walking tours that also describes the artwork.It's so nice my sister and I each bought a copy for 24CHF. The restaurant serves an excellent cheese fondue.

Rooms are small, but cozy. Nice bathrooms and enough amenities. The supper meals were fine. Breakfast selections were limited. The location is great - a busy and upbeat area.
